LX-110-A: Highest Bond Premium 8.2 Mil Plaque Tape, Double Coat

Aggressive, high peel acrylic mass of 3.5 mils each side allows flow into uneven surfaces. Gives high performance bonding to metal, brass, plastics, vinyl and most textured surfaces. Peel adhesion: 80 oz./inch

LX-110-A is a double-coated polypropylene film, which features a very high adhesive mass of 3.5 mils each side. Allows adhesive flow into rough or irregular surfaces. Is resistant to plasticizers, temperature variations and is water and moisture resistant. Bonds well to vinyl, plastic and smooth or textured surfaces. As with all acrylic adhesives, once application surfaces are cleaned and the tape is applied, allow a minimum of 24 hours for the adhesive to cure to maximum bond strength before conducting any testing.

Note: To achieve ultimate adhesion, the bonding surface should be dry, clean and free of dirt and oils. The strength of the adhesive bond is dependent on the amount of surface area directly contacting the adhesive. Firm pressure is recommended to obtain good adhesive to surface contact.
